Our Mission

We help justice‑impacted youth (ages 10–17) rediscover their potential and build brighter futures. Through consistent mentorship, life‑skills coaching, and financial literacy, we equip young people—and their families—with tools for lasting change right here in the Fargo–Moorhead community.

Why Your support Matters

New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program is transforming the lives of youth and families in the Fargo–Moorhead community. Every donation helps us provide mentorship, financial literacy, family support, and real second chances to those who need it most.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means all donations are tax‑deductible. Your support not only changes lives — it also gives you the benefit of contributing to a trusted, accountable, and community‑focused organization.

When you give, you’re investing in hope, healing, and a brighter future for our youth.

Reach Out – We’re Here for Families Who Need Us

New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program proudly serves single‑parent homes and families raising youth who are struggling with real‑life challenges. Whether it’s behavioral issues, school problems, peer pressure, or emotional struggles, no parent should face it alone. We provide mentorship, guidance, and support that help youth turn their lives around — and help parents regain hope.

Creating Hope and Accountability – At New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program, we help youth rebuild their lives through hope and accountability. We guide them to believe in a better future while teaching the responsibility and discipline needed to reach it. Every young person we serve learns that change is possible, growth is real, and a new beginning is within reach.

Building Family Support systems – At New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program, we believe strong families create strong futures. That’s why we focus on building family support systems that help parents and youth grow together. We guide families through real‑life challenges, strengthen communication, and create stability at home. When families feel supported, youth thrive — and new beginnings become possible.

Financial Literacy for Youth and Single Parents-At New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program, we believe financial knowledge is a life‑changing skill. Our financial literacy program empowers youth and single parents with the tools they need to budget wisely, manage money confidently, and build a stronger future. We teach practical skills that create stability at home, reduce stress, and open the door to long‑term success. When families understand their finances, they gain control, confidence, and hope.

A Special Statement from CEO Aaron Success Kawreh.

At New Beginnings Second Chance Initiative Program, our mission is rooted in one simple truth: every young person deserves a chance to rise. Every family deserves support. Every story deserves a new beginning.
“Where Hope Begins and Second Chances Grow.” This is more than a motto — it is the heartbeat of our work. We meet youth and families in their hardest moments and walk with them toward healing, accountability, and transformation.
Every day, we see what happens when a young person is believed in, guided, and given the tools to succeed. We see families restored, confidence rebuilt, and futures rewritten. That is why we stand boldly on this promise:
“Restoring Hope. Building Accountability. Transforming Youth, One Family at a Time.”
Together, with the support of our community, we are creating a place where second chances are real, where growth is possible, and where hope becomes a way of life.
